Hi, I am Deirdre.

I am a Psychology Graduate, with a BSc (Hons) Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, where I have lived and worked for a long time before returning to Ireland many years ago. I graduated in Software Development/Programming in Ireland through an IT conversion course and hold BSc Software Development and Diploma in Full-Stack Software Development.

I am the owner of Psychology Hits | Decoding the Mind on Medium

I have my own website - Psychology Hits.

You can also find my publication, Deirdre's Diverse Collection, on Substack.

I am a book author on Amazon and published one small e-book so far. I enjoy sharing psychological insights, solutions, and creative ideas to complex problems experienced by individuals and society. I enjoy expressing myself in writing, making sense of my life and hope that my writing resonates with and helps others too. Writing has power to change our thoughts, words and actions.

Outside of writing I like being out in nature and exploring the natural world. I also like reading, as well as writing and furthering my self-awareness and personal development and create a better world for everyone.
